Students who are enrolled in iCanMed’s UCAT courses will be invited to attend regular progress classes throughout the year.
(NB: the exception is Extended Course students, who should NOT be invited to progress classes until their ‘early access’ has ended and their official UCAT season has started. E.g. if a student purchased the one-year 2023 Extended UCAT Pro Course in April 2022, they should not start being invited to progress classes until the first 2023 progress class in Aug 2022. Basically, since they purchased a one-year course, they should only be invited to progress classes for a total of one year.)
When setting up progress classes, the progress class invitation emails can either be sent from BigMarker, or from your own email address (by linking BigMarker to ActiveCampaign). The instructions for both methods are provided below; however, it is recommended that you send the progress class emails from BigMarker to avoid harming the deliverability of your own email address (e.g. in case lots of students aren’t opening the emails – over time, this could give your email address a bad reputation and make any emails you send more likely to go to Spam or be blocked altogether).
